Frame Rails
- Fully mandrel bent rails are made out of 4x2 .120 wall rectangle tubing.
- Your custom design needs a couple things in mind when ordering.
- Allow 8.5” in between each bend, with a maximum 100 degree bends.
- Allow 3/8 (.375) high or low tolerance in heights due to variable wall thickness in tubing.
- Full rails $850 plus shipping.
- Half rails $400 plus shipping.
